Welcome to Kelly Craig...

October 19, 2017

Kelly Craig LLC produces the widest array of BBQ Smoking Products in the industry.  Our Family Griller plank is ideal for a homemade 12" pizza or a full prime rib meal with all the trimmings.  Our Beer Can Chicken plank is to die for.  And our unique proprietary blended planks take plank cooking way beyond just salmon.  Now you can get that perfect complement for just about any cut of beef, pork, chicken, that favorite vegetable medley, that family favorite dessert, and the list goes on.  Here we will be providing plenty of tips and suggestions along with interesting recipe  to try on that next outing or camping adventure.  And what about wild game and fresh water fish as well as seafood?  The combinations are endless and with cooking planks and grilling wraps of all shapes, sizes and flavors there is so much to choose from.

I want us to explore together the flavor combinations . That includes not only the different woods but the different soaking options.  Cooking with planks and cooking wraps is a healthy way to BBQ and it is so easy to do.  Your food is protected from burning and you get that great smoky flavor enhancement that turns a good meal into a great meal.

Then what about cooking woods:  Are all woods good for cooking food?  And what about soaking the wood versus cooking with the wood dry?  And let's not forget about seasonings.  What seasoning best complements the food and then what wood best complements the seasoning?  It all needs to blend.  And so we will discuss those sorts of questions.

So join us and let's have a little fun!

JG
